Been having a wonderful time on my new boat these past couple of weekends. Me and my pal Jay took her down to Cinders lake dropped in a couple of lines and made a day of it. I have to say I was pretty proud of the attention my boat was getting.

So, first things first. It’s not easy getting quality information on boat building on the internet. It can take a lot of searching. So i was delighted when I came across Plans4boat.com.
Daniel Holden a professional boat builder has made available his years of boat construction experience to everyone. He has put together a package that shows you exactly how to start building the boat of your dreams.
It takes you by the hand, and shows you step by step how to build you dream boat.

Plans4boats provide you simple step by step instructions that allow anyone no matter what their skill level to build a boat of their own, and at a fraction of the cost of a factory built one.
Plans4boat is a huge package that contains all the know how, measurements, plans and directions needed to build small boats for oar, motor or sail.
Something I was not crazy about was it seems the guide only comes in a download format. I would like to have a hard copy book that I could read at my leisure. But I suppose I could print it out.
The design I built is known as a Bankers Dory. I would recommend this boat to any new builder. It’s very simple to build and looks beautiful.
I was extremely happy with Daniel Holden’s course. Don’t waste anymore time searching the web for tidbits of information. Everything you could want to know is in this book.
